Anthony (Tony) Jennings created "Urban Soul" in 1991....He started Djing at the age of 14 and promoted his first party at the age of 16 in Hampton VA.

After getting out of the ARMY and earning his Degree in Ecology...He moved to Atlanta Ga. Urban Soul started as a small monthly networking party and eventually grew into a mega promotional company by 1998....with one of the largest email data base on the east coast.
